1. Para acceder a los recursos de la shell, es necesario Resource Hacker.

3. el tweak que debemos ir a aplicar no se encuentra en la carpeta AVI, Sinò en la UIFILE. recuerden que para etsa funcion necesitar tener el maximo privilegio en el file "shell32.dll"

4. En la carpeta UIFILE modificamos los recursos 42, y buscamos la siguiente linea:

Si el primer valor es transparente (No lo modifique), mientras que los otros son los valores de color RGB que puede ser fácilmente observado por cualquier editor de imágenes, como PhotoShop

6. el gradiente es formado de tres diferentes colores (los colores primarios): Elegimos la convicacion que màs le agrade y guardamos el file de texto haciendo click en "Compile Script".

7. luego guardamos el file desde el Menù File/Save.

8. Reinicie el PC para notar la modificacion. Si no nos permite guardar el archivo porque se esta usando en el sistema operativo, lo guardamos en otra parte y lo sustituimos por el viejo como shell32.old, Para luego rescrivir el archivo con el modificado.
